Production process:
1. Raw material selection and processing: Forged aluminum alloy wheels usually use raw materials with aluminum content of more than 97%, such as 6061 alloy. These raw materials are rigorously screened and cut to ensure no defects such as cracked pores and corrosion spots. It is then melted by furnace heating to more than 700 degrees Celsius to obtain the best malleable temperature.
2. Forging forming: At high temperature, the aluminum alloy material is extruded into the shape of the wheel by hydraulic press, air hammer and other forming tools. After many forging, the material of the wheel becomes more precise, uniform and ductile, which can greatly increase the strength and deformation resistance of the wheel.
3. Follow-up external treatment: After forging, the wheel needs to be strengthened, precision machining and surface spraying. These processes further enhance the wheel's strength and corrosion resistance, while ensuring a high degree of roundness and balance.
